Um, for some reason I can't install it. It says I need an expansion pack? Do you know how I can fix this?

That's because you don't have one or more of the expansions packs I used to make him.
Have you tried to install the .sim file instead of the sim3pack?
I've tried, but it's being stupid and not showing up. Could you tell me which expansion packs you used? I can get them pretty easily.

Of course! I used a lot: World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime and Supernatural EPs, also Hight-End Loft, Fast Lane, Outdoor Living, Town Living and Master Suite SPs.
You can try to show only custom sims in CAS (if you haven't done it yet), it can get very dificult to find a particular sim sometimes >w<
Took all day to get him working (game had a fit with the coat of all things) but FINALLY he's in. Put him with my witch sim. First spell she has, "Conjure An Apple" (I'm guessing he'll never leave her)... On the interactions, "Ask about book". I was expecting 10 minutes of LOVELESS. Now if I could just figure out a way to put a dumbapple tree in the game. TY for this!

Sorry for my late reply! I've been very busy the last few days preparing a surprise for all of you :D I hope to have it ready soon.
Glad to see you're taking good care of Genesis, he'll surely be happy and with a little luck and love he'll turn away from evil hahaha.
